GOLF SCHOOL ------------------------ APRIL 17-18, 2027

Cancellations made at least forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date will result in a refund less a cancellation fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount paid for the program. If cancellation is received less than forty-five (45) days before the program start date, no refund will be issued.

As part of this golf school, a room at the resort is prebooked for you and nightly room fees (for 3 nights) are included with registration. Please include your full address, email and phone number so that we can update the room reservation for you. A credit card will be required at check-in at the resort for incidentals and damage. 

By registering for this golf school, the Parties agree that Sean Foley Performance (SFP) and its licensees, successors and assigns is granted worldwide, absolute, and irrevocable permission to use, reproduce, print, and/or publish the participant’s likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance (“the Material”) in any media, including but not limited to photographs, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images in which the Student may be included intact or in part, composite or distorted in character, sound or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations in conjunction with the participant’s own or fictitious name, or reproduction hereof. The parties agree that the Material may be used for any purpose, including in news releases, advertisements, publications, marketing campaigns, media coverage, videos, websites, and any other promotional or educational materials compiled by or on behalf of SFP. Both parties understand and agree that SFP has and will have complete ownership of the Material forever, and that the Student will not receive any compensation for the use of the Material.  SFP is released from any and all claims arising out of the use of the Material as agreed to in this document, including without limitation any claims based on the right of publicity or privacy, misappropriation or misuse of image, and/or defamation, including liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form whether intentional or otherwise. The participant further hereby waives any future right to prior review of any use of the Material.

In exchange for being allowed to participate in the golf school, I satisfy and forever discharge each and all of SFP from any and all injuries (including permanent disability, paralysis or death), actions, manner of actions, causes or causes of actions, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, statute, regulation, ordinance or any other cause of action under federal, state or local law, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, fringe benefits, accounts, bonds, reckonings, bills, specialties, losses, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, damages, of any nature including compensatory or punitive, liabilities, judgments, executions, claims (including negligence claims), counterclaims, defenses, administrative charges, demands or remedies of whatever type or nature, to me, or any other person or property, whether known or unknown, whatsoever in law, in equity or in arbitration that I have, had or may have from the beginning of the world to the end of time (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ and paraprofessionals’ fees and costs through all stages of litigation including all appeals and collection proceedings), directly or indirectly arising out of, relating to, or connected with my participation, even if arising from the negligence, injudicious act, omission or other fault of SFP (including, but not limited to, the failure to perform maintenance, supervision, inspection or control, the failure to warn of a dangerous condition or the negligent selection of a location, facility or equipment).
